Stoke City were surprisingly the better team in a remarkable clash against Leicester City, however, they gave away a two goal lead to draw the game 2-2.

The man to watch was Bojan, who was returning from a long term injury. It looked as if Stoke had found some new confidence and energy early on – things that had been lacking in previous games this season. Mark Arnautovic played a brilliant ball into ‘comeback kid’ Bojan and he placed his shot into the back of the net.

Stoke City stalwart Jonathan Walters pounced on a defensive mistake made by Wes Morgan and calmly curled the ball around Kasper Schmeichel for their second goal. Claudio Ranieri went into the break with plenty to discuss and Mark Hughes was delighted by his team’s first half display.

The second half was full of action as Danny Drinkwater went down in the box because of a push from Arnautovic. Riyad Mahrez slotted the penalty in for a goal. A long ball was played to Jamie Vardy who slipped the ball underneath Jack Butland for Leicester’s second goal.
