Arsenal winger Theo Walcott missed the clash with Paris Saint Germain through injury, the club has confirmed.
The 27-year-old was announced as a late omission from the squad against PSG. It has been labelled by Arsenal as a mild knee injury which will come as a relief to Gunners fans as the winger has undergone major knee surgery after the North-London Derby in January, 2014.

Walcott has been an ever-present for the Gunners this season, his renewed vigour has seen him secure a place in the starting line up.
With injury comes opportunity as Arsenal starlet Alex Iwobi took his chance to start the game at the Parc des Princes on the right wing.
A timeline for Walcott’s recovery has not yet been set by Arsenal with further assessments required on the England international.
With a lengthy history of injuries limited risks will be taken on the winger as the fixtures start to pile up for the Gunners across various competitions.
Arsenal travel to Hull City on the weekend before travelling to Nottingham Forest in the EFL Cup 3rd Round in a midweek fixture.
