The Western Sydney Wanderers have got their A-League season off to the worst possible start, humbled 3-1 at home by the Brisbane Roar.
The new man between the sticks had a torrid opening half-hour, with Andrew Redmayne conceding three goals in just 33 minutes.
As expected, Twitter made a mockery of Redmayne and the Wanderers’ calamitous defending, leaving their boisterous home fans disappointed.
New Brisbane Roar coach John Aloisi will be ecstatic after the result, with the new talisman Jamie Maclaren having an electric debut with two well-taken goals.
