Tony Walmsley may be spoiled for choice ahead of Central Coast’s meeting with Melbourne Victory this weekend.

The Mariners will head into the match with a plethora of attacking options, providing the coach with a dilemma he is not so worried about.

“Up front we’ve got everybody fit and firing, including Luis Garcia,” said Walmsley.

“It’s given me a headache, but it’s a good headache to have going in against the champions.

“We’re not going to get points if we don’t score goals, so to have our full contingent of weapons available is exciting for us.”

Alongside the ex-Liverpool star import, possibilities for Walmsley include the red-hot Fabio Ferreira, a fearless Mitch Austin, Matthew Fletcher and Roy O’Donovan, making his return after serving an eight-game ban for an off the ball clash with Manny Muscat on New Year’s Eve.

While Walmsley says there were continued preparations to keep O’Donovan match ready a full showing could be a bridge too far for the 30-year-old

“90 minutes might be too much to ask…we’ll make that call tomorrow.”

“His enthusiasm is massive and he’s had a long lay-off, probably more than he deserved and more than he expected.

Walmsley is, however, expecting good things to come from a pairing of O’Donovan and Garcia.

“He [O’Donovan] makes great forward runs, now that we’ve got Garcia in the ranks we have someone who sees the run and plays it early…we didn’t have that before.”

The Mariners kick-off against Melbourne Victory at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday.
