The gang had the pleasure of speaking to Sydney FC CEO Tony Pignata on the Daily Football Show.
Fresh after Saturday night’s 1-1 draw with Melbourne City and the below-par turnout from the fans, the boys put it to Sky Blue boss about the future of Allianz Stadium.
Pignata said that for the time being the venue would remain as the club’s home and also spoke of a 55,000 capacity renovation, with a retractable roof also on the cards.
Also on the agenda was the future of coach Graham Arnold, with Pignata confirming the Australian would remain with Sydney for years to come despite reported interest from the Dutch Eredivisie.
The Sky Blues next tackle the Newcastle Jets away on Saturday afternoon, which looms as a tricky task given the Jet’s positive start to the season.
