Italian super-agent Mino Raiola has defended his client, Paul Pogba, after a three match winless run with Manchester United.
Pogba is yet to make an impact on the Premier League, having failed to score or contribute an assist on his return. However, Raiola believes that he will make a huge impact in the next decade.
“It’s true Pogba is not playing his best yet, he is taking his time to adjust but people don’t always see the bigger picture” Raiola told the Daily Mail.
“He will dominate for 10 years. He is United’s lost son.”
Another player that has come under scrutiny is the signing of Henrikh Mkhitaryan who made the move from Borussia Dortmund for a fee of £30 million, who is also yet to make a significant impact at Old Trafford.
“Mkhi (Henrikh Mkhitaryan) was the best player in the German league the last two seasons. He has a strong mentality and will be an asset once fully fit” he said.
“Sometimes it is better to lose because you realise you are not what you thought. I still think United will win the league though as they now have the quality” he said.
