It was one of football’s most hotly debated topics when Jose Mourinho was appointed Manchester United manager and now all the speculation could be coming true. The Liverpool Echo is reporting Juan Mata will leave the club and join Everton during the window, after reports new signing Zlatan Ibrahimović is set to be handed the No.8 jersey at Old Trafford. The move to sell the Spanish midfielder will be a contentious one among the United faithful, who have grown to love Mata since he joined back in 2013.

While Mata may be on the way out, United are reportedly set to sign Mexican youngster Hirving Lozano following the completion of the Olympics competition. The Manchester Evening News suggests a deal is almost complete, after comments from Lozano’s father-in-law and Pachuca’s vice-president claimed negotiations were well underway between the two clubs.

Exciting winger Yannick Bolasie could be on the move this summer, with reports from the Mirror indicating Crystal Palace may be open to selling the Democratic Republic of Congo man. Numerous outfits are said to be interested in the winger who dazzles fans with his electric pace and fine dribbling, but it is West Ham United who are believed to be leading the race to sign Bolasie.
